Senior Graphics Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, brand identity, and digital trends. You will be responsible for creating visual content that aligns with our brand goals and enhances our marketing efforts across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a wide variety of marketing materials including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Develop visual concepts and layouts for campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Edit and enhance images, infographics, and video thumbnails as needed.
• Maintain and update brand style guides and design templates.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a graphic designer (agency or in-house preferred).
• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, or Canva.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality output.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with branding and digital marketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,035.98 - ₹53,268.43 per month
