HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Professional (Female) to lead and manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to leadership and play a key role in building a strong organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including induction, appraisals, exit formalities, and retention strategies.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company goals.
• Handle employee engagement, grievances, and disciplinary procedures with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Oversee payroll inputs, leave management, and statutory compliance coordination.
• Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning, training needs, and performance evaluation.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and ensure timely reporting.
• Drive HR initiatives including diversity, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
• Stay updated on labor laws and ensure full legal compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in core HR functions with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/HRMS platforms.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IT, telecom, or service-based industries is an advantage.
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, CHRM) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
