Sr. Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of IT roles within India. This individual will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet the company's growing needs. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian IT job market and a proven track record of successfully filling technology positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the final offer and onboarding process.
• Sourcing and Talent Pipelining: Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter), social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and other innovative sourcing techniques. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Candidate Screening and Assessment: Thoroughly screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, communication abilities, and cultural fit.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs and the specifics of each role. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the recruitment status.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technical and final interviews between candidates and the hiring team, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, and ensure a seamless transition for the candidate from offer acceptance to their first day.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the domestic IT job market, including salary benchmarks and competitor analysis.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Prepare and present recruitment reports as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter, specifically within the domestic Indian market. Experience in both corporate and consulting environments is a plus.
• Technical Acumen: A strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and terminologies (e.g., software development, data science, cloud computing, cybersecurity, etc.).
• Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency in using a variety of sourcing tools and platforms, including major Indian job boards and professional networking sites. Expertise in Boolean search techniques is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. The ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers is essential.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. A proactive and customer-centric approach to recruitment.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional time-management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and convincing skills to manage candidate offers effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
