Position Overview

Nattika Ayurveda Retreats is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee the development of its upcoming wellness retreat in Chavakkad, Thrissur. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with a strong background in civil construction and site management, capable of coordinating with architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring timely progress and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with the architect team and report to the Site Mentor.
• Monitor contractor performance, resolve site-related issues, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist in planning and procurement of materials, tools, and resources as per project timelines.
• Review and interpret technical drawings; suggest improvements where necessary.
• Track work schedules and communicate updates to the project management team.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct periodic site audits.
• Support quality assurance processes and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Document progress, compile reports, and present updates to management.
• Organize training or briefing sessions for workers when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience supervising construction projects, preferably in the hospitality or wellness sector.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with local construction norms, safety practices, and sustainable building methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
