Senior Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary

Is a Part of the Site Management Team and responsible for security, health and safety and organising and supervising materials and people. They mark out the site, make sure designs are applied correctly, co-ordinate with the various contractors and consultants team and regularly update the work progress to the client.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Performing Chief Site Engineer Duties and managing a team of Site Supervisors.
• Controlling the productivity, quality and timeline of construction activities on site.
• Overseeing Building Construction work from Foundation upto Building Completion.
• Sending Daily reports about production, quality and timeline to the management.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of construction and calculations.
• Carefully planning & organizing site activities so that deadlines are met.
• Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications.
• Ensuring Project meets agreed Specifications, budgets and Timelines.
• Co-ordinating with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and thegeneral workforce involved in the project.
• Providing Technical Suggestions and Solving On Site Problems.
• Preparing Site Reports and filling in various paperworks related to Site Execution, Site Progress, Material Ordering to name a few.
• Ensuring Health, Safety and Sustainable Policies and Legislation are adhered to.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Having Technical knowledge of all Building Construction Related Activities right from setting out of plan on sites upto building completion.
• Having Knowledge of price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project if required
• Having Commercial Awareness, an understanding of how your actions can affect profitability of a project, with an eye for detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
