Job Description

WE REQUIRED MALE CANDITATE ONLY

READY TO WORK ANYWHERE IN TAMILNADU

PREFERABLY TAMIL NADU CANDITATE

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Minimum 8 TO 10 YEARS

Location - Chennai & Karaikudi

Oversee and manage construction activities at the site related to solar installations, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections across PAN India to identify potential risk at site and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, architects and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
Analyse and interpret engineering plans and execute construction activities.
Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards.
Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimise project delays, cost overruns and safety hazards.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including inspection report, progress reports, change orders and quality control measures.
Ability to prepare bill of materials with cost estimates for civil related activities.
Ability to prepare work schedule and monitor regularly.
Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Ability to use STAAD software to analysis design will have added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
