Senior Site Engineer (Civil)

Role & responsibilities

 Good understanding of Civil and interior detail drawings, Planning of Projects and Execution.

 Both practical as well as theoretical knowledge of Civil Technologies.

 Oversee project, provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

 Maintaining building construction checklists, pour cards and testing records.

 Coordination with all working agencies/Contractors of the project.

 Planning for material procurement for as per different stages of project.

 Leading and motivating subordinates for timely accomplishments of jobs.

 Tracking the working agencies on agreed timelines.

 Maintaining all the Quality and Safety Standards.

 Ascertain that all civil works are carried out in conformance with the approved construction drawings.

Desired Candidate Profile

 Diploma / Bachelor's in Civil Engineer from an accredited institution.

 Minimum of 4-7 years of professional experience in civil engineering preferably with experience in luxury residential projects.

 Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, stakeholders, and team members.

 Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

 Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

 Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
