Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and contractual aspects of the Chavakkad project. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cost management, estimation, and contract administration within the construction sector. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining the high-quality standards that define Nattika Ayurveda Retreats.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
• Conduct detailed cost estimation, measurement, and valuation of works.
• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), rate analysis, and tender documentation.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims with contractors and vendors.
• Track project expenditures and provide regular cost reports to management.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to verify quantities and certify payments.
• Advise the project team on cost-saving measures, procurement strategies, and financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, contractual terms, and industry standards.
• Support procurement by analyzing supplier quotations and ensuring competitive pricing.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all cost and contractual records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably with exposure to hospitality or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, local regulations, and standard measurement practices.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
