Senior Quantity Surveyor

As a Civil Engineer joining our project management team, you will be responsible for various pre and post contract works in the residential & commercial projects like Highrise buildings, IT park, Business Park, and Healthcare facilities. Your main responsibilities will include: - Pre-contract work (Procurement) - Estimate quantity take-off from drawing P-line in AutoCAD drawing, PDF drawings - Support the Team Lead in rate analysis, GCC, and SCC review - Assist in vendor identification and evaluation (pre-bid qualification) - Support in pre-bid meeting, bid comparison, and preparation strategy for negotiation meeting - Post Contract work - Check contractor and sub-contractor bills - Manage change orders - Prepare cash flow statements - Collect market quotes for extra items rate finalization and claims settlement - Analyze rates for extra items - Monitor contractual compliances - Review and validate Contractor measurements/invoices at the site level - Review the variations and report the project cost - Compile information for PMO MIS - Handle documentation and MIS reporting - Maintain all records of work on SharePoint with access to all team members - Prepare inputs on cost tracking in monthly project report You should have experience in a similar domain/organization, people management skills, knowledge of design development stages, technical specifications, bill of materials, quantity estimation, rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and packages of structural and finishes. Additionally, you should be familiar with electrical and mechanical packages for civil inputs, AutoCAD viewer, E-PLAN, MS Office applications, project management best practices, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
