Collaborative approach, able to develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, internally and externally. (Corporate interior experience is must)
Develop high-quality, visually appealing, and accurate PowerPoint presentations, including pitch books, client presentations. Work closely with senior to organize content, ensuring clarity, and alignment with client objectives. Ensure all presentations adhere to the firms branding guidelines, maintaining professional design standards while effectively conveying key messages. Strong Presentation skills required for creating and delivering a compelling presentation that effectively communicates information and ideas.
Develop and implement standardized documentation procedures and templates for all project phases (concept design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, etc.) They will be responsible for overseeing the creation, management, and quality control of all project documentation throughout the design and construction phases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and relevant building codes, while coordinating with design teams and project managers to maintain clear and comprehensive project record Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field with a strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes
