Job Description

As a Lead QS he/she will be responsible for cost control, preparing BOQs, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for various projects. Manage the preparation and submission of tender documents. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. lead fit out project independently with knowledge of Quantity surveying, Rate Analysis, Value Engineering, Market Knowledge on pricing, procurement, post contract management, tracking budget & commercial closure of projects Exp.- 5+ years (Corporate interior experience is must)
