HR Executive

Location: The Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort, Thrissur, Kerala
Reporting to: HR Manager

Position Overview

The HR Executive plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources functions of Nattika Ayurveda Retreats, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and general HR administration. The role also involves smooth onboarding to exit processes, managing employee accommodations, facilitate Trainings etc. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personal files and HR documentation.
• Monitoring Attendance and Leaves and Absences.
• Assisting in monthly payroll preparation and disbursement.
• Handle employee queries and assist in grievance resolution in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor staff discipline, grooming, and code of conduct as per resort standards.
• Coordinate induction programs and ensure smooth onboarding for new joiners.
• Manage employee accommodation allocation, maintenance coordination, and upkeep.
• Coordinate training and development activities in line with departmental needs.
• Support statutory compliance and HR audits by maintaining up-to-date records.
• Assist in organizing staff welfare activities and employee engagement programs.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by HR Manager time to time.

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5+ years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or multi-unit businesses
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams across multiple locations and cultures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
