Job Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee support, documentation, and compliance. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the end-to-end onboarding process including documentation and induction.

* Maintain employee records, HR databases, and trackers.

* Monitor daily attendance, leave management, and prepare payroll inputs.

* Assist in performance reviews, appraisal documentation, and HR reporting.

* Address employee queries and ensure smooth internal communication.

* Support employee engagement activities and company culture initiatives.

* Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance.

* Coordinate with management and other internal departments when required.

* Handle exit formalities including clearance and relieving documents.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal and people-handling ability.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and basic HR tools.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

* Strong multitasking and administrative skills.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Any discipline.

* HR certification or internship experience is a plus (not mandatory).

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
