HR Executive

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to manage the full spectrum of HR functions at Jenika Ventures, a leading real estate firm. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, excellent knowledge of HR processes and experience in managing talent within the real estate or construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and hire candidates for various real estate roles (sales, site, admin, marketing, etc.) Coordinate onboarding, orientation and documentation of new hires. Employee Engagement & Relations: Foster a positive and motivating work environment. Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters. Plan and execute engagement activities, events and team-building programs. Performance Management: Coordinate appraisals, goal setting and performance reviews. Track KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectives. Payroll & Compliance: Manage attendance, leave, salary processing and statutory compliance. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure legal compliance with labor laws. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions for teams (especially sales and customer service). HR Policies & Processes: Develop and update HR policies, SOPs and organizational structures. Ensure consistency and transparency in all HR operations. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. 0.5–2 years of HR experience (real estate industry preferred). Strong communication and people management skills. Good knowledge of recruitment tools, HRMS and MS Office. Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances.
