Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate must have their own vehicle (mandatory) and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. This role involves client acquisition, relationship management, property presentations and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads through various channels ( cold calls, site visits, etc.)

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

* Arrange and conduct site visits, property showings and project presentations

* Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

* Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Stay updated with market trends, competitors and property values

* Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion

* Handle post-sales documentation and support

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)

* Own vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler)

* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

* Strong client handling skills and ability to close deals

* Good knowledge of the Noida real estate market (preferred)
