Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Epoxy Paints, PU Paints, Epoxy Pigment Pastes, PU Pigment Pastes, and Floor Coating Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in

  industrial coatings, flooring, and pigment segments.

• Visit clients, contractors, dealers, and applicators to promote product awareness and generate sales.
  
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations as needed.
  
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
  
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely order execution and delivery.
  
• Collect market intelligence related to competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
  
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company objectives.
  
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing events to increase brand visibility.
  
• Provide feedback to management for product development and market expansion strategies.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Technical understanding of

  epoxy and polyurethane coatings, pigments, and resin systems

  .
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.
  
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
