Job Summary: The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Epoxy Paints, PU Paints, Epoxy Pigment Pastes, PU Pigment Pastes, and Floor Coating Systems . The role includes identifying potential clients, generating sales leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective marketing and technical support. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial coatings, flooring, and pigment segments. Visit clients, contractors, dealers, and applicators to promote product awareness and generate sales. Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations as needed. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction. Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and commercial negotiations. Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely order execution and delivery. Collect market intelligence related to competitors, pricing, and customer requirements. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company objectives. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing events to increase brand visibility. Provide feedback to management for product development and market expansion strategies. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Technical understanding of epoxy and polyurethane coatings, pigments, and resin systems . Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
