Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in executing architectural projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and develop innovative designs for residential and commercial projects. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. Collaborate with structural engineers, interior designers, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and execution. Conduct site visits to review progress and ensure compliance with design standards. Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and deliver customized design solutions. Stay updated on architectural trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent. 24 years of hands-on experience in architecture, design, and project coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Photoshop. Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
