Role Description

This is a full-time Onsite role for a Human Resources Manager based in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will lead HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and development of HR policies. Typical tasks include advising leadership on HR strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, supervising employee on-boarding and training programs, and facilitating engagement initiatives. Additionally, the role involves addressing employee concerns, managing corporate communication, and supporting change management efforts for company growth.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in key HR areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR laws, compliance requirements, and organizational policy development
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience with HR software and tools for tracking employee data and processes
  • Proficiency in workforce planning, talent management, and training program development
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
