The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, implementing policies, handling recruitment, employee engagement, and ensuring smooth workflow in alignment with the company's growth objectives. 🔸 Roles & Responsibilities: ✔ (Must Require) Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct ✔ (Must Require) Assist in implementing KRA and KPI. ✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding) ✔ Maintain employee records and HR documentation ✔ Handle attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll coordination ✔ Conduct employee engagement activities and internal communication ✔ Coordinate with department heads for resource planning ✔ Support the performance appraisal process and employee feedback ✔ Maintain a healthy work culture and team bonding initiatives ✔ Ensure compliance with basic HR norms and company standards 🔸 Required Skills & Qualifications: ✔ Bachelor’s Degree (BBA/MBA in HR preferred) ✔ 1–3 years of experience in HR or similar role ✔ Good understanding of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance, etc.) ✔ Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets & basic HR software/tools ✔ Familiarity with labor laws and HR documentation ✔ Ability to multitask and work independently 🔸 Soft Skills: ✔ Excellent verbal & written communication ✔ People-friendly, approachable, and supportive nature ✔ Team coordination & interpersonal skills ✔ Problem-solving attitude ✔ Confidentiality and ethical behavior ✔ Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow Show more Show less
