Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with prospective clients.
  • Provide training and onboarding support for new customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring timely resolution of technical or service-related issues.
  • Assist clients with product setup, testing, and implementation.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries.
  • Work closely with the product and development teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
