Job Description

Key Responsibilities of HR Manager 1. Payroll Management: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement. Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and overtime records. Coordinate with the accounts team for salary inputs and statutory deductions. 2. Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations (ESIC, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, etc.). Liaise with government departments and handle inspections/audits. Maintain and update statutory registers and returns. 3. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale. Address grievances and promote a positive work culture. Conduct employee surveys and feedback mechanisms. 4. Production Records & Manpower Management: Maintain manpower planning and deployment as per production requirements. Coordinate with production for shift scheduling and worker availability. Ensure proper documentation of daily attendance and productivity data. 5. Training & Development: Identify training needs through skill gap analysis. Plan and implement technical and behavioral training programs. Maintain training records and measure effectiveness (post-training evaluation). 6. Performance Management: Drive the annual and mid-year performance appraisal process. Work with department heads to set KRA and review individual performance.
