Role Overview

Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, especially for sales, marketing, and retail teams.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and performance management systems.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Drive employee engagement and retention programs.
• Collaborate with management on organizational development and workforce planning.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Cosmetics, Perfume, Skincare, or General Trade industry

  (FMCG experience preferred).
• Proven experience in HR management, recruitment, and compliance.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in HRMS and data management tools.
