We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce MIS Executive to manage and analyze data related to e-commerce operations. This role is responsible for preparing reports, monitoring sales & inventory data, ensuring accuracy across marketplaces, and providing insights for business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, orders, returns, inventory, etc. across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Website, etc.) Generate performance dashboards and MIS reports for internal stakeholders. Monitor listing performance, pricing, stock movement, and order fulfillment metrics. Analyze data to identify gaps, trends, and suggest improvements. Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and marketing teams to align data reporting. Manage SKU master, pricing sheets, and channel performance trackers. Ensure data accuracy across marketplaces and internal systems (ERP, Excel/Google Sheets). Support reconciliation of payments, returns, and inventory. Assist in forecasting and stock planning using historical data. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or MIS. Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.) and Google Sheets. Experience with e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub is preferred.
