Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The role includes developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, and designing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention. The HR Manager will also support training programs, address concerns, and contribute to overall organizational development.

Qualifications

• HR strategy development, employee relations, and workforce planning expertise
• Familiarity with compliance standards, labor laws, and employee welfare regulations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in training coordination and performance management systems
• Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in handling confidential information
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Previous experience in the education or training industry is an advantage
