The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving property sales, and successfully closing high-value deals. This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to deliver superior client experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture UHNI/HNI client relationships to build trust and long-term engagement. Understand client requirements and present suitable property options that align with their needs. Drive property sales through effective negotiation and closing techniques. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site visits with prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to generate and follow up on leads & DATA CALLING Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and competitor offerings in Dubai and India. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction post-deal closure. Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status. Represent the company in property exhibitions, networking events, Road shows and client meetings. Ability to manager Premium Real-esate clients Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven track record in real estate sales and deal closing - Experience of MIN 2 years in Dubai is a must. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales/relationship management in the property sector in Dubai. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Background of Luxury sales , Dubai real-estate , NRI Markets, Banking or wealth is must. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or other regional languages will be an advantage.
