Role Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, developing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key tasks include implementing HR policies, conducting performance evaluations, planning training programs, and fostering positive organizational culture. The HR Manager will play a critical role in supporting both leadership and employees to align workforce initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and labor laws
• Strong skills in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Team Management
• Experience in Performance Management, Training & Development, and Employee Engagement
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in real estate or consulting industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is advantageous
