Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales (Closing) based in Mumbai/ Dubai . The key responsibilities include driving sales closings, managing high-value accounts, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. The role demands hands-on leadership to optimize team performance, implement effective sales strategies, and maintain strong client relationships. The Head of Sales will also analyse sales data to make informed decisions and identify growth opportunities for the organization.



Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Prepare and refine job descriptions and role requirements.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels—job portals, referrals, networking, and agencies.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate technical rounds and final interviews with internal stakeholders.

2. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with department leaders to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Advise hiring teams on market trends, talent availability, and competitive salary structures.
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination throughout the hiring process.

3. Candidate Experience

  • Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates at all stages.
  • Represent the company brand effectively in all hiring interactions.

4. Process & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure all hiring activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency and quality.

5. Employer Branding

  • Promote the employer brand through recruitment campaigns.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and industry forums.
  • Develop strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.

6. Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Prepare salary proposals and negotiate offers with selected candidates.
  • Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and handover to onboarding teams.
  • Maintain strong post-offer engagement to avoid dropouts.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of hiring practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies with tight deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Experience using ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies.
  • Exposure to hiring in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
