Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment across Pan-India operations
• Strengthen HR processes, policies, and performance systems
• Drive employee relations across multiple branches
• Enhance HRMS utilisation (Spine HRMS preferred)
• Lead onboarding, offboarding, and culture initiatives
• Mentor the HR Executive and coordinate with branch EEPs
• Analyse HR data to support decision-making

Who We’re Looking For

• 6–10 years of HR experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Manager (not just HR Executive)
• MBA in HR (or equivalent HR qualification)
• Experience in logistics / transport / supply chain / manufacturing preferred
• Strong HR operational capability + people connect
• Comfortable handling multi-branch HR and frontline teams
