Role Summary As HR Manager, you will build and run the people-function for RobotSkull, aligning with our purpose, vision and values (drawing on the Growth & Mastery mindset from our Rise-Grow philosophy). You’ll own end-to-end HR — recruitment, onboarding, performance, retention, culture, compliance — and partner with leadership to ensure we are talent-ready for the next stage of our journey.
Key Responsibilities • Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer and onboarding. • Desi gn, imp le men t an d mon it or r ete nti on s tr ate gie s (e mpl oye e en gag eme nt, recognition, career-paths) to help reduce attrition. • Develop and maintain HR policies, hand-books, code of conduct, and ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements. • Partner with leadership to define and cascade KRAs/KPIs, performance review cycles and talent calibration (linking to the 10,000-hour mastery framework). • Facilitate learning & development initiatives (induction, mentorship, skill-up programs tied to PQ-IQ-EQ-SQ growth model). • Drive culture-building activities, align employees with the “making innovators” purpose, conduct exit interviews and build feedback loops. • Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management and HR data analytics (turnover, hiring lead-time, cost-per-hire etc). • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees: conflict resolution, coaching, escalation management. • Support change initiatives as RobotSkull grows (including new locations, teams, automation). Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; MBA (HR) preferred. • 5+ years of HR generalist / HR business-partner experience in a growth or SME environment. • Strong experience in recruitment, retention strategies, performance management and employee engagement. • Excellent communicator (verbal & written), strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working across levels. • Data-driven mindset: able to build HR metrics, dashboards and insights. • High integrity, a solutions-oriented attitude, comfortable in a fast-moving environment. • Passion for technology/education or maker ecosystem is a strong plus.
