What You’ll Do

• Talent Acquisition

  : Source candidates using Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, and referrals for tech/non-tech roles.

• Onboarding & Documentation

  : Issue offer/appointment letters, manage continuity/exit processes, maintain HRMS.

• Employee Engagement

  : Run performance feedback cycles, engagement activities, and culture initiatives.

• HR Operations

  : Manage payroll inputs, attendance, variable pay, compliance (PF, TDS, ESIC), and maintain records.

• Policy & Compliance

  : Ensure adherence to HR policies, update as per company’s transition to Pvt Ltd structure.

• Stakeholder Support

  : Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing queries, grievances, and HR-related support.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of HR experience in IT/Software or fast-growing startups.
• Hands-on with

  Naukri Resdex

  (mandatory), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong understanding of

  end-to-end HR processes

  : recruitment, onboarding, compliance, payroll inputs, exit management.
• Excellent written & verbal communication.
• Familiarity with HRMS platforms (Zoho, Superworks, etc.)
