Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Human Resources Manager. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. Daily tasks include managing recruitment processes, implementing HR policies, conducting training sessions, handling employee grievances, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
