Senior International Holiday Planner / Head of International Holiday Planning

You will be responsible for leading our international holiday planning division by designing innovative travel packages, managing global vendor partnerships, leading a team of planners, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and customer service leadership. Your key responsibilities will include designing and overseeing customized international holiday packages, leading and mentoring a team of holiday planners, building and managing relationships with airlines, hotels, and destination partners, handling premium clients, monitoring global travel trends, ensuring compliance with regulations, driving revenue growth, managing budgets, and achieving business targets. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelors/Masters degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management, along with 6-10 years of experience in international travel/holiday planning, including 2-3 years in a leadership position. You should also possess a strong vendor network and experience with travel software such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo. The ideal candidate will have strategic planning, negotiation, and budgeting skills, as well as leadership and team management abilities. Strong communication and client relationship skills are essential, along with knowledge of visas, international tourism laws, and global destinations.
