Job Title: Operations Manager US IT Staffing Company: Dunu Software Solutions LLB Location: [Hyderabad, Madhapur / Night Shift] Experience: 10+ Years in US IT Staffing Work Hours: US Shift (Night Shift) Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager US IT Staffing to lead and streamline the recruitment and bench sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in US staffing, excellent team management skills, and a deep understanding of the end-to-end staffing cycle. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the US staffing division, including recruitment and bench sales teams Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of weekly/monthly KPIs Guide the team in sourcing, screening, submitting, and closing candidates for direct clients and Tier-1 vendors Ensure effective marketing of bench consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, Citizens) across job portals and vendor networks Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors Implement and improve processes, compliance practices, and documentation standards Provide training, mentorship, and performance reviews for recruiters and bench sales teams Maintain and analyze recruitment reports, dashboards, and business forecasts Coordinate with the leadership team to align operations with business goals Ensure effective use of ATS/CRM tools (CEIPAL, Bullhorn, JobDiva, etc.) Required Skills: Proven experience (10+ years) in US IT staffing , with at least 2 years in an operations/leadership role Strong knowledge of recruitment life cycle and bench sales marketing Expertise in team management, reporting, and process optimization Familiarity with US work authorizations and visa classifications Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Hands-on experience with job boards and recruitment tools (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with Direct Clients/Tier-1 Vendors Strong knowledge of US compliance and documentation
