About the Role:

HR Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  2. Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent development.
  3. Ensure compliance with all HR-related statutory requirements (TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
  4. Manage employee relations, engagement initiatives, and grievance handling.
  5. Support payroll administration and maintain HR documentation.
  6. Evaluate performance management processes and suggest improvements.
  7. Revise existing HR policies and create new guidelines as required.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional HR experience.
  • MBA in Human Resources.
  • Strong analytical reasoning and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Deep understanding of HR cycle, recruitment practices, and compliance.
