Human Resources Manager

Join our team at The Secunderabad Urban Co-operative Bank Limited as we onboard a dedicated HR Executive to lead and streamline our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. 

Role Overview:

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for:

- Leading end-to-end recruitment processes

- Managing employee onboarding & documentation

- Designing and executing performance tracking systems

- Supporting team engagement and employee welfare programs

- Ensuring HR policies and compliance are in place
