Blockchain Orbit is a Web3 creator management company. We have worked with 1500+ Web3 influencers and 50+ projects. We are hiring our first HR Manager to build the HR function from scratch and own hiring and people operations end-to-end.Role Overview
As our HR Manager, you will set up the entire HR engine including hiring, onboarding, HR systems (HRMS), policies, payroll coordination, and employer branding. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can execute fast and build repeatable systems.Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Hiring Ownership (Core)
- Own the complete hiring cycle: JD creation, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiation, offer, joining, onboarding- Coordinate online and offline interviews and manage the complete candidate pipeline- Maintain structured hiring trackers and conduct weekly hiring reviews- Hire across roles including• Creator-support roles: Content Writer, Video Editor, Social Media Manager (influencer-focused), Community roles• Web3 Sales (SDR, BD, Sales)2. Build Web3 Talent Database
- Build and maintain a database of high-quality profiles (writers, editors, social managers) with:- Portfolio links, tools, niche, language, rates, availability, experience- Create tagging and shortlisting systems for quick hiring3. HR Systems and Policies
- Implement HRMS platform (shortlist, trial, finalize, deploy)- Set up core HR policies and documentation• Leave policy and leave calendar• Attendance and work hours policy• NDA and employment documents• Onboarding documents and checklists4. Payroll and Compensation Support
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs: attendance, leaves, reimbursements, variables (if any)- Support offer structuring, salary benchmarking, and negotiation within approved budgets.5. Office Setup Support
- Support Indore office readiness from HR side • Joining process, onboarding kits and checklists, basic HR infrastructure • Smooth in-office onboarding and interview coordination6. Employer Branding and Job Posting Excellence
- Create and manage job posts on LinkedIn (mandatory)- Bonus: hiring outreach via Twitter/X and Web3 communities- Ensure professional candidate experience and timely follow-ups (no ghosting)What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Hiring pipeline live from JD to onboarding- HRMS implemented with leave calendar and attendance process running- Core policies ready: leave policy, NDA and employment documents, onboarding checklist- Web3 talent database built and actively used for hiringRequirementsMust Have
- 2 to 6 years of HR, recruitment, or people operations experience (startup experience preferred)- Strong ownership of end-to-end hiring and role closures- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up discipline- Comfortable with LinkedIn Hiring, Google Sheets or Notion, and HRMS platforms- Payroll coordination understanding and strong negotiation skillsGood to Have
- Web3 hiring experience or creator economy exposure- Twitter/X hiring and community sourcing experience- Experience hiring sales teams (SDR, BD)How to Apply
