Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager based in New Delhi. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, support current and future business needs, and foster a positive working environment. Responsibilities also include managing the recruitment and selection process, overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, handling disciplinary and grievance issues, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• HR Management, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
• Recruitment and Selection experience
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
