Human Resources Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer roll-out & onboarding.
• Focused hiring for

  PCG Sales & Advisor (mid-level roles)

  across wealth & equity markets.
• Partner with

  business heads & hiring managers

  to understand manpower needs and design effective hiring plans.
• Source candidates via

  job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, headhunting, and campus hiring

  .
• Draft , screen resumes, conduct HR rounds, and schedule interviews with business teams.
• Drive

  salary negotiations, offer roll-outs, and smooth onboarding

  .
• Maintain recruitment

  trackers, dashboards, and MIS reporting

  for leadership review.
• Support

  talent mapping, succession planning, and pipeline building

  for critical positions.
• Handle

  mid & senior-level recruitment

  including PCG RM, PCG Desk Heads, PCG Advisors, , PCG Support role
• Actively engage in

  employer branding initiatives

  to attract quality talent.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• MBA / Graduate with

  5-8 years of recruitment experience

  .
• Prior experience in

  PCG Sales, Wealth Hiring, Bank Sales Hiring, or Broking mid-level recruitment

  is mandatory.
• Strong domain knowledge of

  equity market hiring

  .
• Language proficiency:

  English, Kannada(Compulsory), Hindi

  (preferred).
• Hands-on experience in

  LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring platforms

  .
• Strong communication, stakeholder management & negotiation skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven with ability to deliver under deadlines.
