What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage the entire employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention.

  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and HR best practices.
  • Act as a trusted partner to employees, resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
  • Qualification:

    Graduate, Master's, or PGDBM

    in HR or related field.
  • Experience:

    2–3 years

    of proven HR management or related experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A visionary mindset with the ability to build and nurture organisational culture.
