What You’ll Do Lead and manage the entire employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention. Design and implement HR policies that foster a positive and inclusive workplace. Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives. Ensure compliance with laws and HR best practices. Act as a trusted partner to employees, resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism. What We’re Looking For Qualification: Graduate, Master's, or PGDBM in HR or related field. Experience: 2–3 years of proven HR management or related experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A visionary mindset with the ability to build and nurture organisational culture.
