Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with prior experience in handling HR operations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and documentation.
Maintain employee records, payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance as per labor laws.
Implement HR policies and support organizational growth through structured processes.
Act as the bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and effective employee management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
