Human Resources Manager

You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the overall business strategy. Your role will involve bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. You will manage the recruitment and selection process, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. In this position, you will be expected to develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Creating and nurturing a positive working environment will be a key aspect of your role. You will oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs effectively. Furthermore, you will report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management will also be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Your role deliverables will include maintaining a compliant organization, improving the employee experience score, implementing central policies and processes effectively, leveraging HRMS, addressing internal and external audit observations, managing MIS and reporting, and having hands-on experience with MS Office. Candidates with experience in the Beauty/Personal and Skincare industry will be preferred.
