About the Role


HR Manager

Key Responsibilities


People Operations

  • Own recruitment end-to-end: JD crafting, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HRMS/attendance, leaves, and punctuality.
  • Drive performance review cycles, goal-setting, confirmations, and PIPs.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.


Policy & Compliance

  • Draft/implement HR policies and office rules; ensure consistent enforcement.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws (PF/ESI, Shops & Establishments, gratuity, POSH).
  • Coordinate POSH ICC processes, trainings, and awareness campaigns.


Payroll & Analytics

  • Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, LOP), verify accuracy with Finance.
  • Publish monthly HR dashboards: headcount, attrition, hiring SLAs, attendance, engagement.


Culture & Engagement

  • Run engagement calendars, recognition programs, and pulse surveys.
  • Own communication of HR updates; coach managers on people practices.


Office Administration

  • Oversee office upkeep, seating/asset allocation, vendors/AMCs, and basic IT/sales team coordination.
  • Manage shift rosters/Saturday schedules as per business needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in

    team management and employee management

    in a fast-paced setup.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and India HR compliance.
  • Confident communicator; able to

    set rules, hold boundaries, and influence

    across teams.
  • Data-driven, organized, and comfortable with HRMS/Excel/Microsoft 365 (or similar).
  • Languages: English & Hindi required; Punjabi is a plus.
Nice to Have
  • Experience building HR processes from scratch or scaling a growing team.
  • Exposure to HR analytics, engagement frameworks, or L&D.
