Sales & Marketing Lead / SME (Team Handling Role)

timings: Shift 1: (12:30-9pm)

Shift 2: (3:30pm to 12am)

females: 12:30pm to 9:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small sales/marketing team to achieve monthly targets
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans
• Track and analyse campaign performance and sales reports
• Train and guide junior team members
• Coordinate with management on key business objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales/marketing

• Requirements:

• Experience in ticketing sales and marketing

• Working knowledge of GDS tools

  such as:

• Amadeus

• Sabre / Galileo / Sparkx

• Other airline-related tools and platforms

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage bookings, cancellations, and reissuance independently

• Familiarity with airline fare structures and ticketing procedures
