Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative, based in Noida. This role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products and services. Key responsibilities include conducting presentations and training sessions for potential clients, executing marketing strategies, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to connect effectively with clients and resolve inquiries. Proficiency in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to design and implement strategies to achieve business growth. Experience in Sales and Training to confidently present products/services and educate clients. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate self-motivation in a dynamic environment. Problem-solving capabilities and a results-driven attitude. Knowledge of IT services or software solutions is an advantage. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
