Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Managing Director located in New Delhi. The Managing Director will oversee the day-to-day operations, strategize business growth, ensure high-quality customer service, and maintain strong supplier relationships. The role involves financial planning, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, the Managing Director will lead and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in strategic planning and business development Financial acumen, including budgeting and financial forecasting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of the telecommunications industry, particularly in RF components Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred Ability to work on-site in New Delhi Proven track record of managing and growing a business
