At NexionPro, we focus on driving growth for our clients and employees alike through agility, innovation, and a people-first approach.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented HR Team Lead to manage end-to-end HR functions, lead a small team, and serve as the primary contact for clients. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and proven expertise in aligning HR initiatives with organizational and client objectives.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR executives to ensure delivery of high-quality HR services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on HR-related matters, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, in line with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess workforce needs and deliver timely staffing solutions.
  • Oversee employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Track HR metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to management and clients.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within HR for greater efficiency.
  • Handle escalations from team members and clients with tact and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/team lead role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, compliance, and labor laws.
  • Proven experience in client handling and workforce management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms, MS Office Suite, and reporting tools.

Good to Have

  • Experience in consulting or staffing firms.
  • Exposure to diverse HR practices and client management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,127.65 - ₹35,082.95 per month
