Human Resources Lead

As an HR Lead at Kanwood International Private Limited, operating under the brand 1.2%, you will be a crucial part of our team in Krishna Nagar, Delhi. Your role will involve managing recruitment, onboarding, employee training, record management, and ensuring our workplace culture is upheld. We are in search of a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and takes ownership of their responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the full recruitment cycle, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding processes, managing employee training programs, promoting our company culture, ensuring HR policy compliance, and addressing employee queries to foster a positive work environment. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a proactive doer mindset, the ability to work independently, and familiarity with MS Office and HRMS tools. Preference will be given to candidates residing near Krishna Nagar.
