Human Resources Lead

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Lead to oversee end-to-end HR operations and support organizational growth. The role involves managing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, compliance, and implementation of HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
• Manage performance appraisal processes and support employee development plans
• Oversee payroll operations and ensure adherence to statutory and legal compliance
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor training and development programs
• Prepare and present HR reports, dashboards, and key metrics to management

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience in education, training, or service-based industries is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
